Souny Kennedy

Souny Kennedy brings 20 years of experience working with data and applications across multiple industries. Before focusing on the green industry, she helped businesses organize information, improve processes, and build tools to support their daily work.

She has built more than 200 custom applications, including solutions for garden centers, landscapers, and industry organizations. Her work spans inventory, customer orders, employee scheduling, marketing trackers, and financial benchmarking.

She created HortSmart Builder Lab™ to share that experience and help others build solutions for their own businesses. Her approach starts with understanding the work, learning the basics, and building something useful one step at a time.
